VIC VICE redefines how students engage with career pathways by immersing them in realistic workplace environments using 360° video and interactive simulations. The platform supports immersive career learning and enhances traditional work experience by offering a practical, engaging alternative that brings industries directly into the classroom.
School-to-Work Engagement: Building Skills for the Future
School-to-work programs help students transition from education to employment by combining career education with hands-on experience. Students gain valuable insights and skills through work experience placements, Structured Workplace Learning (SWL)is aligned with VET programs, and School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBATs) that offer paid, on-the-job training. Complemented by life skills workshops and work-readiness activities—such as resume writing and interview preparation—these programs build confidence, capability, and career clarity.
