Thursday 11th June marked a fantastic milestone as Northern Mallee Local Learning and Employment Network (NMLLEN), in collaboration with SuniTAFE, Mallee Regional Innovation Centre, and Skills & Jobs Centre, proudly delivered the first AgVenture Expo at the SMART Farm Campus.

We were thrilled to welcome students from across the region to explore the diverse and exciting career opportunities within the Agriculture and Horticulture industries. 

 A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making the day such a success.

 Students from Mildura Senior College, Chaffey Secondary College, Red Cliffs Secondary College, Merbein P10 College, Indie School, Ouyen P-12 College, Murrayville Community College, and Mildura Specialist School participated in a range of hands-on industry immersions delivered by our valued partners.

It was inspiring to see students engaging directly with industry experts, hearing firsthand about where the sector stands today and the role innovation and technology will play in shaping its future. Events like AgVenture highlight the strength of collaboration in our region and the importance of connecting young people with real-world career pathways.
