Strategic Goals

NMLLEN’s 2010-2013 Strategic Plan was developed by the Committee of Management. The four major goals are:

1. Retention

Improved retention of young people in education and training, particularly from low SES and CALD.

2. Transition

Increase the number of young people making transition to positive post-school destinations.

3. Re-engagement

Increase the number of young people re-engaged into positive destinations including schooling.

4. Indigenous

Increase the retention of Indigenous young people in school settings.
